Hazy Peaks Capital is a search fund that aims to acquire a small business and operate it. We aim to connect with current business owners who are considering selling their business to help them ease their transition and preserve their legacy. We are on a mission to find companies with between $1 and $10 million in sales and $1 and $5 million in EBITDA.
